How It Works

Six deliberate steps, conducted with the same rigour applied at every major motorsport event Darren Jack has attended. Every authentication is personal. Every certificate is permanent.

  1. Submit Your Item

    Complete the online submission form with photographs, a detailed description, provenance details, and any existing documentation. Pay the submission deposit to initiate your case. You will receive an immediate confirmation with your unique tracking number.

    Our submission form is designed to be thorough. The more information you provide upfront, the faster your review will be. High-resolution photographs from multiple angles are strongly encouraged.

  2. Expert Review

    Darren Jack and the Argus Auth team review your submission within 5–7 business days. You will receive an acceptance decision and, if approved, your balance invoice to proceed.

    This preliminary review considers your submitted photographs, provenance documentation, and item description. Some items may require additional information before a decision is made.

  3. Secure Shipment

    Upon payment of the balance invoice, you will receive detailed secure shipping instructions. Ship your item to our facility using our recommended insured courier service.

    We provide step-by-step packaging guidance and courier recommendations to ensure your item arrives safely. Full transit tracking is available throughout. Items should be insured for their full estimated value.

  4. Physical Authentication

    Darren Jack personally inspects every item. No remote-only certificates are ever issued. This is the cornerstone of the Argus Auth standard — a non-negotiable commitment to physical examination.

    Physical inspection includes material analysis, construction examination, wear pattern verification, and cross-referencing against our proprietary database of verified comparables accumulated across 1,000+ events worldwide.

  5. Certificate Issuance

    Approved items receive a unique certificate number and a tamper-evident NFC verification sticker paired to that number.

    The NFC sticker is the centerpiece of verification: a single tap from any modern phone opens the official verification page hosted on this site — no app, no third party, no friction. The printed certificate accompanies it as a tangible record of authenticity.

  6. Return Shipping

    Your authenticated item is carefully packed and returned with the printed certificate and NFC verification sticker.

    Items are returned via fully insured, tracked courier. All packaging materials are carefully chosen to protect your memorabilia during transit. Return shipping is coordinated to your specified address.
